He did many years at Cycle World Virginia Beach as Service Manager and a A-Tech. He was Service Manager at then, our sister store Charleston Powersports in Charleston SC, before tranferring back to Virginia to take charge as Service Manager at Commonwealth Powersports. Howard is known to be one of the most knowledgeable Sevice Managers in the country!
